  1. Round shape
  2. short axis diameter of 8mm or more.
  3. Heterogeneous echo-texture
  4. Cystic or necrotic areas
  5. No echogenic (fatty) hilum
  6. Ill defined margins
  7. Invasion of surrounding tissues
